Im looking for help locting any information on the death of William W. Taylor in 1884 in Milan Tennessee. William served with Company E 31st Tennessee. I believe he may have drowned. I saw a clipping from a newspaper out of Milan but have since lost it. Any help would be so appreciated. I have spent a lot of time on William but have never been able to find out much on his death.

Observation Unrelated - from Column 5, same source as above, a period snake-oil advertisement masquerading as an actual letter and touting the benefits of a "Female Regulator".

I believe what you are looking for is in the fourth column from the left and about halfway down under the heading "Another Death."

I cannot thank you enough. Much Much appreciated...clears up so much
He was a member of the "Knights of Pythias", a secret society that looks like "Lion's Club" or something, you may ask if they have any informations to their grand lodge there (in Tennessee) : https://www.grandlodgeoftn.org/
I will message them and hope they are no longer so secretive
HAHAHA
