There's also Pat Cleburne: Confederate General by Howell and Elizabeth Purdue. Its out of print but you can find some used copies for a reasonable price. I don't own it but have checked it out in a library before and, from what I remember, it was a bit more detailed than Symonds' bio, despite being older. Don't get me wrong though, I also enjoyed Symonds' which I thought was pretty well written.
