Need PGT Beauregard reference help

Can someone provide me a copy of P.G.T. Beauregard's Special Orders No.5?
It assigns T.G. Holmes to Torpedo Boat duty, and I assume others as well. I have searched high and low and cannot find anything. Also, if possible can you provide a source for the Special Order. Thank you.
