Need help with poem!!!!!

One of the images I purchased had pencil Id behind the image plus a poem. So far this is what I can
make out!!

W A Birds
miniature
taken while
In Camp Chase
on the 1 day 1862
of September

When this you
see remember
me ---------
------- ---------
Will do the Same
By the-- -------pleasure and
Delight

So if you can see or help me fill in the blanks that would be great!!

Additional info: William A Bird was with the 85th ohio infantry

I cranked up the contrast and tweaked the color to try and clear it up. Hopefully it will help a bit.

This is very similar to a poem recorded in the contemporary journal of Elijah William Dragoo:

So now can we see the picture of W A Bird? I see where you said he was in the 85th Ohio. Anyone know when he was born, how old he was, or how long he served?

William A Bird
85th Ohio Infantry
Note: a fairly rough image but something drew me too it. I like the his eagle breast plate and cartridge box showing.
Him leaning on his long arm with bayonet holstered. Also like his shirt!!

Does anyone have any additional info about him? Age, DOB, did he survive the war?

Many lied about their ages, or at least wrote "18" on a piece of paper and stuck it in their shoe so they could say they were over 18

I recently received an email from a collector who said he at one time owned this image. Said he had additional
Paper work on William Bird. He's supposed to be mailing it to me. This was recent ( in last couple of days) so
If/when I get them ill repost the info concerning him, he said it contained good stuff.
