Need help locating a book

I am trying to locate a copy of a book titled "Civil War Diary of a Chief Telegraph Operator" by O'Brien. It was published in 1906 but the Library of Congress didn't retain a copy. For purchase or loan to a museum.

This isn't what you want, but I believe it's the same author. It might have much of the same information, and the New York Public Library might have what you want.
