Need Help Identifying

Can someone help me identify these I am assuming they are infantry, but don't know the meaning of the 2 or the MO. Also, are they old enough to be civil war era?

Welcome From THE Heart Of Dixie. With out seeing the back they are post Civil War and I'm leaning Spanish American war as the 2nd Missouri Infantry was there.
