Seeing @gentlemanrob posts reminded me of visiting Munford cemetery in Covington on our way from Memphis to Ft Pillow TN.
I wish now I had taken the time to photograph more of the graves individually, perhaps the next time we're in the area.

That is an attractive cemetery on Hiway 51. I've stopped and taken photos of the entrance and the cannon but I've never toured it. So I took a virtual tour. Find-a-Grave lists 7,111 graves. That is a large cemetery. I don't know if it has a section for soldiers who died during the war.
I have visited the Oakwood Cemetery in Bolivar (a little to the East). It had a section of many Unknown Confederates. Most of them were probably dropped off as the train came through carrying wounded. I had photos of it but I will have to search for where I filed them.
Next time, let me know and I will take to ~25 miles West of Covington to see the site of Fort Randolph and maybe get to see the Confederate magazine.

Here are a few Civil War Veterans from Covington's cemetery.

I found a few more who served in Duckworth's Cavalry and the 1st Tenneesee (infantry or cavalry?). Several had names found in my ancestry and my wife's ancestry: HILL and HALL. That will take more research.

But the best one by far is ole Hardtimes.

Hardtimes W. B. Jones
Born 1841
Died 13 Sept 1862

Checking Fold3, I got two hits for "H. W. B. Jones" One said he was in the 4th Tennessee Regiment and another said he was in the 7th Tennessee Cavalry. Many soldiers left the infantry or let their term expire so they could join up with Forrest.
But the records were not complete and did not list any record after 1861 or so and no record of death.

Speaking of Duckworth's Tennessee Cavalry, I saw a few old graves with that name. The commander was Colonel William L. Duckworth. Capt Alexander Duckworth was also in the 7th Tennessee Cavalry; I think he is the Colonel's brother. He was killed during General Chalmers' Tennessee Raid of October 1863, including the Battle of Collierville. Neither is listed as buried in this cemetery. Further family research may find a connection with those Duckworth's buried there.
