This is a recipe for a delightful tea I found in one of my Southern Living Cookbooks. Great for a cold January day, like it is here today.

Marmalade Tea

5 cups boiling water' 1 family size tea bag
1/2 cup orange marmalade
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Pour boiling water over tea bag; squeezing gently. Stir in marmalade, sugar and lemon juice. Strain mixture. Serve hot. Makes 5 cups.
