Man needed rescue after falling in rocks @ Devils Den

So does this make him a casualty of Gettysburg ? If it does he has a story for his grandkids .
Good point, I have to admit that on more than one of my trips to Gettysburg, I scratched up my legs pretty badly tromping through the brush. When I noticed blood running down my legs I had a strange sensation of pride at having shed blood on the Gettysburg battlefield. And, yes, I told my grandkids! :D

A year or two ago, I fell off a stone wall and bruised or fractured a rib. Now, I say that I was wounded on the Gettysburg battlefield. 😁

How terrifying for the poor fellow, and for the chaperone who found him! Siezures can leave the vicitim very disoriented and sleepy..brains having a spaz will do that.

Glad people were around to help him. For once it isn't a case of someone going off trail and getting into trouble when they knew better.

I don't know that this guy was exploring willingly—he had a seizure, and fell into a 15-foot crease between the rocks.
Well if your prone to medical conditions of that nature maybe just maybe you might not want to venture out along the edge there. Just saying having been up there myself several times. A Man's got to know his limitations, I have the older I get.
