So this is not a period Civil War song, which I am usually a stickler about. But I ran across this song a few days ago and can't stop listening to it. There are a few modern songs about the Civil War that I love. The Day The Sun Stood Still by Travis Tritt, The Tears Of God by Josh Turner, and I Still Hear The Guns by The Michaels are some of my other favorites. You can find them on Youtube.
