Impressions Looking for some feedback

We're getting ready for Bentonville in March, and had the opportunity to try and break in our gear a little. The only thing omitted from this was our corps badges, which I have ready, and my groundcloth. Transitioning from the mainstream side, I think I've done a good job getting us to a good place, but I would like all the feedback that I can get. Good, bad, and everything in between. Also, because I can only see myself through my own eyes, it's very important to me that I've been able to disguise myself as well as any woman that fought had to. I've only held off on registering us because of this specifically.

I wouldn't worry about the Corps badges. The more I've read of the westerners with Sherman was they tended to omit pretty much any decoration. Stripes were often omitted as an example. One of my favorite interactions was after Chattanooga (IIRC) when an Eastern soldier asked a 15th Corps man where the honors were on his flag and he replied "Our flag knows where she's been."

I wore a blanket roll for years, prefer it to the knapsack greatly. But I found it could interfere with shoulder arms if it wasn't a very tight roll and it made right shoulder outright pleasurable when worn as the one in the pic. But I typically wore mine on the opposite shoulder to not interfere with firing.

All said those two impressions look better than most though I don't see a cap pouch on the man with knapsack.

From what I understand, not very common, but it's allowed in limited numbers for the event.
The men in Sherman´s command were in terrible condition supply-wise. They were eating well, because they were foraging heavily, but their uniforms were in tatters. A civilian belt or rifle sling would have been a luxury.
