Well an interesting way to see a new Longstreet photo but the Civil War Trust tweeted this a few minutes ago.

Joking aside, has anyone seen that Longstreet picture before? It is a new one to me. He looks a little bit older so I assume it is after the war?

I believe it was taken after his Wilderness wound in 1864.

Judging from the way he is holding his right arm, I'd also say it has been taken after his wounding.
Great photo and completely new to me.

I think the inscription is to Mrs. Stephen Dill Lee; at one point during the war Stephen Lee served as an artillery battalion commander in Longstreet's corps.
