We know Lee and Longstreet didn't see eye to eye a few times, most notably during Gettysburg. Are there any examples of Lee and Jackson disagreeing about anything ? If so when and where.

Several but Jackson knew how to deal with Lee and sulking won't it.
Lee wanted to attack the second day at Sharpsburg and Jackson got him to0 reconsider. You didn't tell Lee what he couldn't do but rather showed him and he'd figure it out pretty quickly on his own. Before Jackson became famous he decided to quit due to a supposed slight in the seniority list and Lee talked him into staying where he was.
