Kepi bought at auction

I just wanted to know if this was real I bought it at auction with some other Collectibles and I'm not familiar with Civil War relics any help would be appreciated. Thanks again, Jonathan

Its real but its not Civil War more than likely early reenactment kepi.

This is a typical centennial piece manufactured circa 1960-66

I thought the color of the lining of this hat made by Schuyler, Hartley and Graham matched my kepi. The lining in mine is missing but you can see the remnants.
