Kentucky light blue uniforms?

Has anyone seen references about Kentucky Infantry in light blue uniforms in late 1861? Awhile back I did a little research on Garfield and Marshall in eastern Kentucky and ran across a reference to light blue uniforms.

I have heard of some anv troops wearing something similar.

Yes, I've seen references to light blue uniforms at Middle Creek in January of 1862. I have documentation of it but I'm not on my computer. I'll look aND post it later today.
