Kentucky Confederate State Convention

I recently found an interpretive sign in Russellville, Kentucky telling about here on November 20, 1861, Confederate leaders from 64 Kentucky counties seceded from the Union. I was wondering who the 64 Kentucky counties were who was represented at the convention.
