It's a very nice shot. Never having been there, I'd enjoy an explanation of where we are on the field. I can see monuments and other pieces of artillery, rail fences, etc. I just don't know the vantage point.

It is on the crest of Little Round Top looking towards Confederate Ave in the distance. Devils Den is slightly out of the photo to the left some of the Den and witness tree is visible in the scene.

Congratulations Mark! Really like this, thanks for sharing the photo too. It's a great perspective, putting the cannon in helps identify what they were dealing with 150 years ago. Probably obvious to a lot of members, can't always get a mental image myself.
