jacket id?

Greetings, I was surfing the LOC CW images collection and noticed the private on the right.
He appears to be wearing an 8 or possibly 9 button jacket with eapulettes. Could someone shed some light on what this may be? An Ohio state jacket or Illinois state jacket maybe? Link is below.
