Item ID help?

These are from my dad's collection and I don't recognize either item. Any info you could give me would be great!
The items in the first case measure 3 7/8" x 1". I'm guessing that they might be from a harmonica.
The second item measures 1 1/2" x 1 1/2".

The item on the right is a heel plate. I feel you are correct about the reed.

That's kind of what I was guessing, but I was like "That's too fancy for a boot/shoe."

Here's another I forgot to add. It's a hunk of lead; could it be a belt plate/buckle with the finish worn off or something else? My dad had a bunch of camp lead, but this was in a separate container.

It is indeed what left of a harmonica. Everything but the brass was wood so it rotted away. That shoe heel plate is an awesome piece.

I believe this to be camp lead as well, there seems to be zero evidence of hook penetration or rusty wires. IMHO
