Shhhh...I am looking for possible Holiday presents...looking for a used knap sack. I can repair minor injuries to cloth...also a blanket roll set of straps. I do have a cream wool blanket that he can use. Came from my Grandparents house, so no idea how old it is. No stripes on it. All I know is that it was too short for a twin bed, so my Mom sewed a cotton extension with elastic so it would fit!

Keep an eye out on these two sites https://www.facebook.com/groups/1773554179582363/ and https://www.facebook.com/groups/734374010098529/ There are several different models, I'm sure he'd want a Federal Double Bag. If I see one I'll give you a whistle. They can be a bit pricey but going with a good quality knapsack is worth every penny. If you can find one made by Missouri Boot and Shoe or LD Hanning they are really good.
Thanks! I appreciate another set of eyes. I am on one of the FB sites..and have gotten nice things there. We are slowly building the kit.
