MFR Is this fuse plug an Armstrong?

I recently bought this artillery travel plug from a dealer in Wilmington who said that it was dug "behind Confederate lines" in the Wilmington area. I believe it might be an Armstrong based on the markings but I'm not sure. The threads catch on my 12-pounder Armstrong shell (also dug in Wilmington) but this could just be a coincidence

It certainly looks like one and one of my collecting regrets is that I let a primo Whitworth with it's shipping plug get away.

It is a British plug as the RL is for the Royal Laboratories. Jack Melton as a photo of one on his site at civilwarartillery.com but its not the same as yours.
