It took us the longest time to get the VA to finally change my grandfather's stone. Had the wrong death date when they replaced it when my grandma died. IT was originally correct, but then they messed it up when my grandma died and took forever to fix it.

Of course, I've seen McDowell erroneous called Irwin in MANY places.
