How many are familiar with the paradox of identity between two brothers, or sisters, who happened to be born identical to one another?
Browsing the archives yesterday I came upon this picture, circa 1863, that is titled Gun Squad Drill. It appears to be taken in Fort Carroll close to Washington, but unsure of it. What really caught my eye, other than the clean clothing being worn, were the two men that appear, beyond all doubt to me, exact representations of each other. Appealing to the Ancestral heritage aficionados here, and not sure how well-known this image was, I decided to share it. Thanks,
Lubliner.
