Back from our trip to Greeneville, Tn. for 150th Anniversary of General John Hunt Morgan's death. It was our first time there and toured many sites.

Also went to the Smokey Mts. for a few days. Got several old cookbooks. Also drove the Cades Cove loop. They were making sorghum at the Visitors Center there. I got a cookbook and several ideas to post about.

Missed the forum and am glad to be back.

Donna, I am leaving for Gettysburg tomorrow and I will have a look for cookbooks, among other things while I am there. We are hoping to get to the Wine and Music Festival while there so maybe I will get to try some different food! I am so excited to go. I once saw a T-shirt that said, "I'd rather be in Gettysburg" I wish I had purchased it, as I haven't seen one since.
