How is it that museums are able to get high resolution images of their flags?

Where would one go if they had a flag that they wanted to get large high resolution images of?

Alabama State Archives has a large collection of CW flags and can probably help you.

I have been in the conservation room at the Ala archives and the way they take photos of them is they have a high resolution camera and the photograph them from many angles before the mount, frame and glass them as once they go under glass its very hard to take picture with the glare.
