Yeah, Alexandria, VA has really become a "bargain basement" for anyone worth less than around $5 million.

It's ironic, but Ann Carter Lee really didn't have much money, but lot's of friends, who helped her boy into West Point, tuition free.

nice little place Funny, I was probably just a few blocks from this as I was on King Street yesterday. I missed getting Miss Neck Manor about 16 years ago which was being sold in the neighborhood of $3.6 Million. Featured in "God's and Generals" it is where the Army of Northern Virginia camped nearby in the Winter of 1862-63.
