Host will be away for several days

I will be away from Dec. 16 thru Dec 21. I will be in Florida seeing our daughter.

However, I hope to get a lot posted before I leave. I will award the Cook of Week (Dec 7 thru 14) and post several of the National Food Days before I leave.

The new week starts Dec 15 and runs thru December 21. I hope with the different ideas I post that many of you will post recipes. Of course the season recipes are always welcomed. I will read that week when I return and award cook of week for Dec 15 thru 21 when I return.

Thanks to all for your posts and will appreciate you keeping them coming while I am away.

Florida is a bit chilly here in the gainesville area.we were 33° this morning with a high to be about 60°.that is our forecast for the next to weeks although we may get up to about 70°.
