It has taken me 10 years to choose my Avatar for this site. Well here it is. This is a photo of the marker that Larry Cockerham and a whole gaggle of others helped in placing at the site of the Battle of Hoover's Gap.
The marker was placed at the very spot where Col Eli Lilly and the 18th Indiana Light Artillery fought along side Wilder's Brigade.
