Help with ancestor

Hi- I was researching one of my CW ancestors and I have found something interesting. According to this site: http://www.tyler.net/everheart/NicholasOfJEverhart.htm, my ancestor James Everhart was an orderly for Gen. Grant. He served in Co. K, 1st Tn. Cavalry. I can't find any proof of this, however, I did get part of his service record on fold3 and he indeed was an orderly for his brigade and division. At the bottom of the service record, it appears to say "Jan to Apr 1865 Orderly for RDM." Could anyone help me figure out what's what?

Looks like RQM, Regimental Quartermaster. Similar notation for April 1864, "Absent Ord Div QM."
