Fellow history lovers I recently had to purchase a new computer and I had a link in my favorite places on the old desktop that listed all the names of the men who surrendered with the ANV at Appomattox. I tried looking for an Appomattox forum but maybe I am doing something wrong. I swear I saved that link from a post on this site Lord knows when but I sure miss it. Does anyone have it handy and if so could you post it here or at least direct me to where I could find it. Thank you so much.

Just save online. I use Skydrive. Gives 7 gig for free and you can pull it up from almost any pc. or google drive. or icloud.

There's software to install to help put your files on these sites, but it should be fairly simple. You need an email account to use these, but for 7 gigs? they have apps for phones as well.
