I'm happy to try but can't read this very well. Can you use the "attach files" button to attach the file rather than inserting it into the message? It would be easier to blow up for reading. Thanks

The original was wedged in a book that had gotten damp over the years.

Nicely done. I did not decode the name I think the phrase is - proper authorities

My husbands has two murderers and an embezzler in his family They yielded some of my best family history when searched in local newspapers!
