Help locating a soldier

You may know that the POW record says that the one in the 9th was captured on 22 Feb 1864 in Lee Co., VA and that he was "held at Andersonville and survived."

The one in the 7th died on Sep 12th of the same year. There is a book mark file (Paoz-161-1867) that is cited from his service record in the context of his death and probably says more about him. That service record also says that he was a 25 year old farmer who was born in Gibson, TN and enlisted in Gibson on 27 May 1863.

I wouldn't rule out that they are the same guy.
@rgtaylor61 I tried to copy the images of the William Little affidavit in the pension file but it takes so long and the resolution is so poor by the time it's blown up that I doubt it would be much use to you. In Bob Velke's post quoted above, he references a book mark file. As he says, there is probably more in there. I'd recommend you place an order with his company--see link: If you order from him, tell him it's regarding the Henry Parris referenced on civilwartalk.

One more thing i did glean out of the William Little Affidavit in the pension file, it appears that he was reported as having died to the sergeant of their 50 man group at Andersonville's hospital, but that this was incorrect. I'm guessing the man in the Parris grave at Andersonville is someone whose name we don't know.
