Hello, Help Needed on 2 Photos, Confederates?

Hello,
I collect all photos prior to 1900. I recently acquired a group that had 2 Civil War photos in it. One is a large full plate (roughly 6x8) tin of a soldier holding a pistol, and a smaller cased photo of a soldier. Not wearing regulation uniforms, are these Southern Soldiers? Thanks for any assistance you could give. Im glad I found this forum to share my Civil War photo finds!
I cannot use a hosting site for images from work.
Is there a way to directly post pics?

You can directly upload the files here on CWT. There is a button "Upload a File" directly below your textbox; right in the middle of them.
