Been through 19 pages of these threads. No gumbo with measured ingredients. Can participants post a gumbo with measured ingredients? Or link me to the same in this forum?

These are pre-1865? I'm lost. I don't know whether I am in the CW foods or modern foods. Last I saw at page 99 was a total of 108 pages ahead of me for what I thought were CW foods. Then hamburgers appeared. Maybe I'm over my head in process and ought to return to forums that are simple to understand.
