Since it is National Flour Month, though post this recipe using Graham Flour from "Civil War Recipes Receipts from the Pages of Godey's Lady's Book".
Graham Breakfast Rolls
"To two pounds of peeled potatoes, boiled soft and mashed through a colander, add one pint of water, half a cupful of sugar, one large teaspoonful of salt, and half a cupful of soft yeast (or the quantity required to raise the dough if in any other form). Mix with Graham flour into a rather stiff loaf, let it rise over night; mound into small cakes in the morning, and when light, bake. Never sift Graham flour."
