BLOOD AND FURY:AMERICA'S CIVIL WAR mini series on the Gettysburg episode. Wyman white and another burden sharpshooter ask a young boy the name of the town up ahead he says Gettysburg! and as the other soldier turns to Wyman white and says I never heard of it a GHOST appears against a tree between them in the background...

Welcome!

Just wondering if you are saying this was something 'inadvertent' that appeared in the scene, or part of what the producers had planned?

Fascinating topic.

Just out of curiosity, do you know that the entire series was filmed in Canada?

Welcome to the forum from Michigan. At one time I was sure there were no such thing as ghosts. Now I am less sure.

Welcome from Adams County, Pennsylvania, where Gettysburg is the county seat. In case you haven't run across it yet, here's a CWT forum you'll probably enjoy: Hauntings of the Great Rebellion.

I have a friend that lives in Gettysburg at the foot of Culps hill with his family. He says that he has talked to other residents that have stops on the ghost tours in front of their houses, who have said that they have absolutely never seen a ghost, especially in front of their homes. ... I have experienced events myself in my distant youth, have also been to the home of the Ed and Lorraine Warren in my youth, but never seen anything in Gettysburg, and have never come across a resident who has.
