There is something special about a battlefield at sunrise and at sunset. I particularly enjoy watching the early morning fog as it burns away.

Some years ago, visited Fraley's field at dawn, deer grazing in the field, easy to imagine the deer and rabbits bounding out of the south woods, followed by miles long lines of gray and butternut . . .
