Anybody know what's going on with the Web Cam? Hasn't worked in days. Did it freeze, down for maintenance? Maybe moving (I hope)?
I check it every time I'm online...sort of a habit, and we all know what happens when a habit is broken!

I know, I check it regularly, too. Sometimes it goes down and then comes back up pointing at Seminary Ridge. hat's a good view, too. Do you ever check out the weatherbug cam on top of the Blue and Gray? Thanks, I found this and a couple of others yesterday. All but one was the "square" / round-a-bout. Didn't save them though so I'll have to check again.
Strange the attraction that place has. Only been there once in May of 14 but it left a huge imprint.

Just got this back from GNMP: Yippee
Apparently our EarthCam camera lost it's feed over the weekend but it's been rebooted and we're LIVE once again. Thanks for the notification!

We are expecting some mid-fifty degree days this week! That temperature will go a long way to help in dissolving the white stuff. But the winter is not near over across our region by a long shot! It used to point 180 deg. in the opposite direction looking at Seminary Ridge. I think a little variety would be nice, too. Same with the Battle Cam at the Quality Inn, always facing the same open field.

I also liked the view over to Seminary Ridge and the Virginia Monument much better, you could always see the tour buses go by ... and sometimes people came walking over ... there was always something interesting to see then. Now it's always the Pennsylvania Monument in the distance but not much movement.

It looks COLD on the battlefield this morning! Sunny, but 16 degrees. And you can hear the wind whipping around the Codori barn. Brrrrrrrrrr!
