General Order 191

Reading the book, Brother of Mine, read in a Dec 6th letter that they were excited to reenlist for the bounty and the 30 day furlough. The two brothers seemed estatic to reenlist and get both the bonus and time off. Searching for this specific thread on here basically brought almost all posts to date. So to add specificity:
