Ran across the video recording of Gary Gallagher's lecture at the Virginia Museum of History & Culture from Wednesday evening. His topic was The "Other" Valley Campaign: Jubal Early's 1864 Shenandoah Operations in History and Memory. The lecture was more of an overview of Early's and Sheridan's actions than a detailed account of the engagements. No maps or photographs; just lecture. Still very interesting.

Back when the CoVid shut everything down, with people staying home, and no public meetings, there were quite a few lectures and recordings available online. Not so many now. We are very fortunate to have CWT Presents.
