Could you clarify what you mean by "crew" in question 5?

Does this refer to everybody on board, including captain, officers, midshipmen, and enlisted men? Does it refer to everyone below the rank of captain? Or does it refer only to enlisted men, excluding the captain, officers, and midshipmen?

Question 5, the "crew" of the US naval blockader - includes Captain, and everybody on the ship.

1. The Virginia was scuttled by her crew on May 11, 1862, in order to prevent her capture.

4. Approximately 1,500 blockade runners were captured or destroyed.

5. The crew, including everybody on board, got 44%. The government kept half the prize money, 5% went to the commander of the regional blockading squadron, and 1% to the local squadron commodore.
