Hi all....I'm looking for suggestions on the best book for the overall Fredericksburg Campaign. I would like something that has some great in-depth detail. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!!

Welcome to CWT from the Smoky Mountain side of North Carolina. Just jump right in and enjoy. You can do a search on Fredericksburg by looking at the top of this page at the blue bar right side Search tab tap that type in what you are looking for and hit search . Or just wait a little while and someone will be along to answer your questions.

I agree with James S.! He beat me to post it and want to say I highly recommend; The Fredericksburg Campaign by Francis O'Reilly. It's extremely detailed and very well covered on this campaign.

Welcome to the forums from the host of the Stonewall Jackson Forum! These two older titles probably aren't detailed enough for you, but I enjoyed them both:

Glowing review: "Unbelievable", "Awesome", "...can find no other without argument...the best."

And that is about your Introduction Page to the forum concerning O'Reilly's book. Unanimous was an unknown entity until now.
Welcome from East Tennessee.
Lubliner.
