Reading up on the Franklin-Nashville Campaign, it seems that Lovell Rousseau had command of a force referred to as the Fourth Division of the 20th Corps, which apparently numbered 8,000 strong according to McDonough's Nashville book (in the O.R.s it seems his command actually around 10800 "present for duty, eqquipped"). However, there is no information regarding its organization. The only info I can get is from the 2nd Brigade, detached at Nashville, which is shown in the OoBs for the Battle of Nashville with the Post of Nashville.

Does anyone know anything else regarding this command and its organization?

Part of the Division was under MG Robert Milroy at 3rd Murfreesboro and 2 of the brigade commanders were BG Horatio P. Van Cleve and Col Wladimir Krzyzanowski. There is some information on the Department of the Cumberland in 1864 and 1865 from Nafziger's Civil War order of battles.
