I ran a google search on the source of a soldier's information I captured on some CW history site - "The Union Army, vol. 4, p. 65". George Rodd was a soldier in the Wisconsin 33rd Infantry, Company F. I believe he's the original soldier who owned an 1859 Sharps carbine I'm restoring. One of the search results gave me this link:

Anyone here utilized the site? I ran a search on "forgottenbooks" but found no results.
