Lots of great suggestions here that I will use to curb my anger and frustration when searching Fold3. Nowadays, I have to drink at least two glasses of wine and take a lot of deep breaths to get up the nerve to visit the site.
I am most frustrated about not being able to update or add information on Memorial pages. For the past few months, with each attempt I receive a generic "error" message. I use a MacBookPro with Firefox browser and it would be insane if this triggers the error. I think the problem is on their end. My emails to them have gone unanswered.
