Florida Guspachy Salad

This is another recipe from the "Southern Cookbook of Fine Old Recipes"
4- tomatoes
1-cucumber
2-green peppers
1-tbs onion,fine chopped
2 1/2 tsp Worcester shire sauce
salt,pepper,paprika to taste
1- tsp dry mustard
1-tsp sugar
1-pilot cracker (hard tack)
2-tbs sour cream

Do you have date on that cookbook and who wrote it?

The Cookbook was published by the Cullinary Art Press in 1935.I did not notice who wrote as its a colection of recipes.I downloaded it from the the "Internet Archive" and they say it is not in copyright.
