I know this has been posted before most likely, but I have been in training in Germany ( You may have read the headlines about our airborne operation going bad) for the past 25+ days and haven't had time to take a serious look. I will ask it anyway:

I have seen this painting many times throughout the years (Sid Meier's Gettysburg!, MHS exhibits etc.) but I cannot find a place on the internet that can give me a good price for a print of it, and their is also another work made by the same author (Don Troiani I think) that bears the same name. I would like to know what the official name of this work is, and if anyone has a line on a reasonably priced print I may be able to buy?

Below you will find the picture. Thank you for all of your help!

They also have a facebook page where Troiani posts works in progress and stuff from his collection. Pretty good stuff. You might can post your question on there. This is an old print. Not sure it was ever on the market. If it was I doubt you will find one that's not pretty high priced.

Savez is likely right. If you find one, it ain't gonna be cheap. Kinda captures in the unique way Troiani has.

A friend sold his copy 5 years ago, got $850.
Ouch! Fortunately, I never got into hanging prints all over my wall. (I only have one.) Although I like everything Troiani has ever done, that kind of money translates into lots of books. (Which is why I have only one wall.)

In looking at the print again, the officer in the foreground looks a lot like you, johan.

Hmm what you all are saying makes sense. I found a place that is making posters of the print, but they dont ship to APOs so I will just wait until I leave Italy to get it. I originally didn't ever want to start collecting art, but then I deployed to Afghanistan and James Dietz did a print symbolizing our battalions time there. I really liked it and I bought one on the next deployment as well. You may be interested to see them so here they are:
