"Explicitly Clear" blog where has it gone?

There used to be a blog called "Explicitly Clear" that had some good reenacting related articles on it. However I can no longer get to the webpage, it still comes up in searches but it always says "server IP address could not be found". Dose anyone know what happened to it?
