I made almost the same photo in September, but without the fountain. I wished I had turned around and noticed it ... it is really charming.
On the other hand, when I was there, the trees had more leaves. They would have obscured the view to the State Capitol. So this is proof to the sentence that you simply have to be in the right place at the right time.
Very beautiful photo, congrats!
