Windsor Ruins near Port Gibson Mississippi
These ruins were once a three story 23-25 room Plantation mansion built by the Daniell family in 1861. During the Civil War, the mansion was used as a Union hospital and observation point since it's location was along the Mississippi River. The home survived the war but was later destroyed by fire in 1890.
